The cellars of the estate have a capacity of more than 100'000 liters.
The traditional cellar contains 10 oak brails, some one of them are ancient, containing between 1'000 and 9'600 liters.
These brails are of great value and need a periodical rigorous maintenance, but woodis and remain a first quality material for the winemaking.
3 ancient manual presses with vertical screw, of which one is still visible and preserved as a precious witness of the past. Quality is our prime objective, for this reason we have modernized with a pneumatic press for a gentle pressing.
